Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• Payment plans must be fully completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination of coaching access until payments are caught up.

2. Coaching Delivery

• Coaching sessions are delivered live and online at scheduled times communicated in advance.

• Clients are responsible for attending sessions punctually and prepared.

• Rescheduling sessions is not guaranteed and can only occur if agreed upon in advance by both parties.

• In the event a client cannot attend a live session, recorded sessions will be available for viewing at the client’s convenience.

• Access to session recordings and related materials will be provided for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) unless lifetime access is explicitly part of the program. Please confirm the applicable access duration with your coach or program documentation.

• We encourage submitting questions prior to sessions to ensure personalized and relevant feedback.

• It is the client’s responsibility to maintain momentum by reviewing recordings and engaging proactively.

3. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary content and the nature of coaching services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• By purchasing coaching services, clients acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Results Disclaimer

• Coaching and educational services are intended for informational and skill development purposes only.

• Trading and investment involve risk. No specific financial results or guarantees are offered or implied.

• Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.

5. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

• All coaching content, materials, recordings, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ELA Trading or its licensors.

• Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

• Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Support Access​

• Ongoing support post-program completion is not included unless specified in your package.

• Additional coaching sessions can be booked separately for a fee; pricing and availability are provided upon request.

• Clients agree to follow the outlined support channels and booking processes for additional help.

7. Flexibility and Changes

• We reserve the right to modify session schedules, access terms, or program components if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or improvements.

• Any material changes will be communicated promptly to clients.

• Clients agree to cooperate reasonably with any such changes to ensure program continuity.

8. Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

• Clients acknowledge that coaching results depend on their commitment, effort, and external factors.

• Clients accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions taken based on coaching.

• The coaching provider disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELA Trading operates.

• Any disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation before legal action.
